I'm trying to determine some projections for the changes at LB in STL and NO and specifically trying to determine exactly who started at WLB and MLB for both teams in '05...any help would be appreciated...

Don't forget that both teams will have new schemes this year, so last years numbers won't matter much. To make it easier Haslett is now the Def Coord for Linehan/RamsTom

Fair enough, sorry I missed that.With Claiborne and McKinnon I doubt (not sure) that they were three down backers. NO most certainly will not have Fincher in on the nickel but Haslett has to keep Spoon in their with Pia.Fujita and Byron Scott in the nickel for NOPia and Spoon for the Rams
