2010 NFL COMBINE (1 Viewer)

Let's get a discussion going for those following the IDPs in Indy:

Group 8 DL:

Worilds - 40-time makes VaTech's Worilds looks like a fine specimen for OLD34

Owens - Looking like a nice DT34 prospect as well

Weatherspoon - Watching group 9 LBs in the field drills, after every drill, Weatherspoon brings all the LBs into a huddle and ends each drill with a chant. Dude is a natural leader.

The Shark Pool has Rookie Rankings but I can't find any on IDP's and surprised to see nothing here (that I can find).

I'll be roughly tiering by talent and providing comps for the more intriguing prospects next month. Rankings can be very misleading before the draft. Things can change dramatically depending on the scheme and opportunity these players are drafted into on draft weekend.

Donald Butler (35 reps) and Jamar Chaney (4.51 40) are LB's to keep an eye on.

If they end up inside with a situation to produce they could be very under the radar picks.

Awesome...thanks JB.

Sounds like Pierre-Paul is flying up the draft boards, just like a couple of sharks predicted.
Shoot, Mike Mamula had more game experience that JPP. How will Al Davis decide between JPP & Bruce Campbell?
Well, JPP could upgrade their pass rush, but BC is an undead killing machine...Shop smart, Shop Smart!
awesome  Looks like Suh still has the boomstick in this group....

Gerald McCoy only 23 reps?

Say goodbye to millions of dollars Gerald.
Probably won't hurt him that much. He's a 3-technique DT so he doesn't have to be as strong as a 5-technique.
I thought the 3-technique refered to the amount of appendages touching the ground pre snap. I see now that I was wrong  :lmao:

Weatherspoon is such a natural and such a beastmode player... the Steelers are looking at him very hard despite having other needs.
saw something here in atlanta about him wanting to be a falcon which almost never happens

It's going to be interesting to see what happens with Weatherspoon.I was shocked to see the column

Narwocki's Winners & Losers

OLB Sean Weatherspoon, Missouri

For as well as Weatherspoon worked out on the field and for as much as his “character” is praised within the Missouri program, he has turned off a number of decision makers just as much with his outlandish, look-at-me, loudmouth personality and has been criticized for worrying too much about his image and post-football career aspirations before he has accomplished anything in the National Football League.”He never shuts up,” one top executive said. “He was the loudest guy in the room for the bench press. He gives me a headache. I think he is full of (it). It’s all about himself. I don’t want him in my locker room.”

Weatherspoon is a good player.Weatherspoon paired with Timmons inside the 3-4 would be the softest 3-4 LB tandem in Steeler history.Real poor compliments to one another.
