Cook was injured on the opening series of the third quarter. He ran off the field clutching his wrist and looked to be in considerable pain. A.J. Jefferson, who was acquired from Arizona at the start of the season, replaced Cook on defense.

Steelers FS Ryan Clark left Sunday's game against the Redskins with a concussion and will not return.

Patriots RCB Kyle Arrington was forced from Sunday's game with a head injury, and is questionable to return.

Arrington took a helmet-to-helmet hit, and is most likely concussed. Sterling Moore is now in at right cornerback

Coach Jim Schwartz would not classify Louis Delmas' latest left knee injury as an aggravation.

Delmas missed the first four games of the season due to Aug. 7 left knee surgery. He left Sunday's win over the Seahawks and was unable to return, leaving Erik Coleman at free safety

Falcons WLB Sean Weatherspoon left Sunday's game against the Eagles in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury.

Giants LB Keith Rivers was forced from New York's Week 8 game against the Cowboys with a strained calf, and will not return.

Giants MLB Chase Blackburn was forced from Sunday's game against the Cowboys with a hamstring injury, and will not return.

Colts CB Vontae Davis was knocked out of Sunday's Week 8 game versus the Titans with a left knee sprain.

Davis never returned after suffering the injury in the first quarter. He will be sent for tests on Monday. Cassius Vaughn came on his replacement

Cowboys ILB Dan Connor was forced from Sunday's game against the Giants with a strained neck, and will not return.

FOX's Jay Glazer reports Bucs CB Eric Wright is facing a four-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

Jaguars LCB Rashean Mathis (groin) did not participate in practice on Monday.

Titans S Al Afalava will miss 2-3 weeks with a high-ankle sprain.

Bills LCB Aaron Williams (knee) will "miss a few weeks," but is expected to play again this season.

Williams was injured early in teh 3rd qtr.

Leodis McKelvin should start in his absence, and returned 2 of 4 kicks, as well as punts, although brad smith returned a kick after the williams injury.

Colts CB Vontae Davis (knee) has been ruled out for Week 10.

Davis has appeared in two games since Week 3, playing start to finish in just one of those contests. He's out indefinitely with no timetable to return. Cassius Vaughn started in Davis' place against Miami and racked up six tackles.

Cardinals LT D'Anthony Batiste was benched in favor of Nate Potter during Sunday's Week 9 loss to the Packers.

Bills SS George Wilson is now playing in a rotation with Da'Norris Searcy.

Wilson finished with five tackles in Sunday's loss to the Texans while Searcy had three. "I wasn't banged up at all," the captain said. "You have to talk to the coaching staff on the rotation."

Colts OLB Robert Mathis (back) was unable to return to Sunday's victory over the Dolphins.

Packers OLB Clay Matthews was unable to return to Sunday's Week 9 win over the Cardinals after sustaining a hamstring injury.

Raiders S Matt Giordano is done for the day with a hamstring injury.

Seahawks LB K.J. Wright left Sunday's game in the first quarter with a concussion.

Mike Morgan has come on as his replacement.

Colts CB Jerraud Powers left Sunday's game in the fourth quarter with a toe injury.

Cody left the game and returned after sustaining the injury. Coach Gary Kubiak termed Cody as "day-to-day" with his injuries.

Raiders FS Matt Giordano exited Sunday's game against the Browns with a head injury.

Giordano has battled a concussion once already this season. Mike Mitchell came in to replace Giordano, but he later left with a head injury of his own. CB Joselio Hanson is now playing free safety.

Steelers CB Ike Taylor was forced from Pittsburgh's Week 13 game against the Ravens with an ankle injury, and will not return.

Taylor was knocked out early in the first quarter, and spotted with a boot on his foot near the end of the first half

According to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer, Vikings RE Jared Allen is playing through a torn labrum in his shoulder.

Terrell Suggs was forced from Baltimore's Week 13 game against the Steelers with a right arm injury.
