2014 Corvette Stingray (1 Viewer)

This car never did it for me; maybe it was after they lost all of the chrome bumpers after the 1973 model year. I really like from the '50s,up to about 1966, and then it starts to decline rapidly ending at about 1973. It was the car for guidos who didn't drop that habit in high school.
I think you are thinking about the Camaro. Corvette has always been a nice sports car IMO. Camaro, more of a guido/redneck ride.
No, I have it correct. Most of the guidos grow out of the Camaro when they grow out of the guido phase but for a selected few, the alpha guidos, they graduate onto the 'vette. Corvettes always rode heavy to me, just like a 455 Trans-Am; I always looked at them as the base for the car-clas they were trying to be in. I think I would rather have a Viper.
A Viper costs about 50% more than a base 'Vette. Unless you're looking at the ZR1 they're not really in the same class and even then it's a stretch.

America makes fantastic looking cars. If they could only partner with the Japanese to make them quality cars as well.
Ford has been doing this for awhile now.
:goodposting: Love my Fusion. My wife's Escape isn't bad either.
Picking up my 2013 Explorer Sport today. twin-turbo, 365hp!
Hopefully they have mastered the art of painting an aluminum tailgate so that the paint doesn't peel off...

This is my 3rd Explorer in a row, never had that happen. Just drove my new one home. :pickle: Very quick...feels like a V8.

It looks amazing. At $55-60K, I guess you could call it a poor man's exotic, but I would definitely consider it.My old man bought a 1968 Sting Ray - silver on silver, t-tops, removable back windows, pop up headlights, thrush side pipes. Believe he traded in his 64-1/2 Mustang (what the hell - not the shark move, but you only live once). I remember when he pulled into the driveway for the first time with it. I was six years old, and my brother had a model of a Saturn V rocket in our room, and I though for sure my dad had just bought a rocket ship with wheels.

This is kind of cool for you Corvette guys....http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/01/14/gran-turismo-5-exclusive-14-corvette-stingray-free-on-psn/"Gran Turismo 5 Exclusive – ’14 Corvette Stingray Free on PSN"I know, I know it's just a game. But it's a very accurate game and would probably give you some sense of the "feel" and handling(providing you have a decent driving game setup). Worst case the "video" kind of gives you a better impression of the car than just static photos.

I saw my first one of these in real life today and I must say, I'm not impressed. I think it's one of those cars that looks better in pictures than it does in real life. Seemed almost the same as the Camaro, just a little sharper in the nose and tail.

Given the choice, I'd take a 2013 over this new one.
