So what's his true value? I still say a SS coming off a 35/20 season is well worth the #1 pick to me (Machado + Avg OF) > (Trout/Harp/Gold + Avg SS). Shortstop hasn't seen a hitter like this since ARoid and HanRam. 

Not a whole lot out there in the FB world on the topic since Yahoo is the only site listing him there, but here are a few articles I found...

Ray Flowers wrote a article about Yahoo listing him as a SS. He says "You can take him 4th overall because of the additional of shortstop eligibility"

Brandon Funston did rankings specifically for Yahoo. He has Machado listed at #3 overall (ahead of Bryce Harper).

Also some threads on rotoworld and reddit that pretty much peg his spot as anywhere from #3-#5 in Yahoo leegs. 

So, I took him too early and Cake took him too late?
