I upload it to Google Sheets and cross the names off there.  I have no problem ignoring my co-workers at lunch.

Sorry guys, was headed back to the office on the way to an MRI when two kids racing on the highway at about 100MPH cut a car off in front and to the right of me.  The car lost control, spun into my lane then went off the highway and flipped about 3-4 times, up hill.  Kids racing kept going.  I stopped to get the guy out of the car not sure if the thing was going to explode or what.  Surprisingly he got out on his own as I approached and seemed fine.  Had to go to my office to get all the mud off my shoes and suit before getting the MRI.

It's almost like your life is a motion picture.

It was ####### crazy.    Nuts watching the car flip. 

Two (different) kids were racing on the same stretch of the highway about an hour earlier cutting in and out of traffic. So I was sort of on edge already.

I was about to call the police after the guy got out of the car  and he told me not to.  A couple other people stopped too and thought he may be drunk or have a warrant or something.  Just glad he didn't get killed.

Also wouldn't say a hero by any stretch but I was going in to help.
