If I map my myself out:

Week 10:

DET v CLE (short week for CLE, DET short week) and DET makes me nervous, always plays down to level of competition it seems.

PIT @ IND (seems like the pick) but PIT has a bunch of possibilities later this season.

Week 11:

KC@NYG

Not many other options I love (JAX@CLE)

Week 12:

WAS v NYG

TEN @ IND

Week 13:

OAK v NYG

LAC v CLE

JAX v IND

Week 14:

DAL @ NYG

Wow, not a ton other I have here.  (TEN @ AZ or  DEN v NYJ)

Week 15:

NO v NYJ

JAX v HOU

Week 16:

KC v MIA

LAC @ NYJ

BAL v IND

Week 17:

SEA v AZ

WAS @ NYG

DET v GB

MIN v CHI

@massraider

Would you consider LAR vs HOU this week? LAR's defense looks stout and Houston looks awful. Many people might pick Detroit this week and if Cleveland can pull off an upset that'd be huge. Although that's very far fetched... I think DET rolls all over CLE

I wouldn't pick PIT this week either... I like them ROS although when you map yourself out, you never mention PIT outside of this week. PIT vs GB week 12 could be a good week to pick them. Or if my league makes it to week 17, finishing vs CLE would be a hell of an ace in the hole.

Everyone in my league picked NO so all 3 of us advance. I have a feeling all 3 will pick DET... in fact all 3 of us will probably pick the same team for the next 3-4 weeks, so this very well could make it to week 15-17 for me. Last year I tried to get too cute, so I think I like my ROS outlook with not getting very cute.

I used Rams last week, otherwise, I'd use them all day over HOU.

Anyone else in your league use Rams already?

Likely going Rams. Don't see Savage tearing up that defense...

One of the other two left in my league used LAR, week 1. So that's a bonus... It'd be nice to see both opponents take DET and see CLE come out of their bye with a big upset. Detroit would have lost most other NFL teams this last Monday; GB was dreadful on defense and tepid offensively. I feel like Cleveland's defense would have kept them in the game better than GB's did...

Seriously considering the Bears this week. GB is a mess and Chicago has been looking fairly decent lately.  Though I'd really hate to lose because of the Bears knocking me out.

Hope you didn't.

That John Fox challenge was butt fumble levels of hilarious.

Not many upsets this week, another week of holding serve.  I used PIT, and man, I shouldn't have.  Almost lost to IND.  The good news is, everyone used Rams and Lions, only a few used PIT.  PIT is one of those teams that people might have been saving for a game later in the year, but lordy, they gotta make you nervous.  Glad they are off my roster of possibles.

Thankfully went Lions due to their tough upcoming schedule.  Must have been sweating it out with Pitt.  They got me in my other survivor with their Bears loss.  Good luck next week.

Week 11 potentials for me:

KC @ NYG. Away game, so tough to like, but you've got a Super Bowl favorite going against a team picking in the top 5 next year

JAX @ CLE. I think a lot of people pick this game but I'm staying away. Cleveland almost beat DET last week. It's a battle of the defenses, and CLE seems like they have something going on offense lately. Plus I hate betting on or against Jacksonville.

NE @ OAK. I like saving NE for week 12 or 14 vs MIA. Week 12 not a whole lot to like across the board that isn't a divisional game (I understand MIA is a divisional game, but MIA looks like they gave up)

PIT vs TEN. A game I like a lot. Not sure I like PIT another week this year aside from week 17 or even 16, but I don't expect my league to last that long.  Thursday game... Mariota banged up on short rest. Could lead to a pretty nice PIT win. Although PIT did not look that great last week.

Right now, I might go with the consensus on Yahoo and pick KC (46% picked). Jacksonville is #2 but I think that's a mistake. I'm between KC and PIT. I like both ROS.
Looking out this is how I'm at:

Week 11: KC @ NYG or PIT vs TEN (I could save KC for any other game ROS, which would be awesome)
Week 12: SEA @ SF (divisional yes, but SEA looks like they've got it together)
Week 13: LAC vs CLE (not liking that as much as I thought I would) or JAX vs IND (again, Jacksonville reservations)
Week 14: NE @ MIA Away divisional game, but it's NE
Week 15: DET vs CHI or TEN @ SF (Let's hope my league is done by now)
Week 16: CAR vs TB? PIT @ HOU
Week 17: PIT vs CLE or MIN vs CHI (MIN could be playing for a bye)

Not really liking my choices... but at this point it is what it is. I like that most of my selections left are playoff teams or potential playoff teams. Kind of hoping that someone talks me out of some of these picks. Anything can change with injuries of course. The other 2 guys left in m y league have KC so I imagine we will all pick them. I could see 1 going with JAX just to be different and use of Jacksonville given KC's favorable schedule ROS

If I pick PIT and save KC I could use them anywhere week 12, 13, 15, or 16 and feel way better about any of those other picks listed. And then I could take MIN week 17 if my league lasts that long...

Hmmm... actually doesn't sound so bad. Someone talk me into or out of it.

I still have NOLA available, so I'm rolling with the Saints this week.

Steelers would have been my next favorite.  Might use them next week when Brett Hundley comes to town.

Titans have beaten Jacksonville before they got their stuff together, Seattle but they don't start playing until November, Cleveland barely (3), Indianapolis barely (I believe it was at the very end of the game), Baltimore barely (3).

Lost to Miami and Cinci. just not sure what to make of them. having a real hard time feeling confident in picking against them.

PITs record at home is very impressive, so they are a different team at home than on the road.

Money line has been moving more for PIT. always follow the money right?

perhaps I'm over thinking this. if it were Sunday I would likely feel better about it but Thursday creeps me out for some reason. just seems like it could be a 34 to 31 game or something crazy. and if it gets high scoring it's anyone's game. If PIT runs Bell and controls the TOP I think it's an easy PIT win

I've got to make two picks.  And I'm nervous about Detroit as well.  Thinking chargers and chiefs
I'm taking chiefs. I'd rather play safe at this point. the only other team I liked confidently enough to be ok with a loss if I was wrong was Pittsburgh. if I take LAC and they lose I could look back and say how big of a dummy I was, as there are things I don't like about that game

Woohoo Giants!  Sorry Dr Dan but just won ours with Jacksonville.  3 left today 2 had the Chiefs.  Good luck everyone who's still participating in one of these.

Nice!

I was knocked out as well.  Chiefs, amazing.

I bailed on the Steelers, switched to the Chargers, and then at the last minute to the Saints. Both the other survivors picked the Chiefs. After two nail-biting endings and OTs, I'm the last man standing!

$$$ pool is picking all 17 weeks.  Only 1 entry of ~400 is still perfect.  It's not me.  :(

Steelers seem to be stone cold lock hosting the Packers in prime time, yet I find myself wanting to save them, possibly for Week 14 hosting Baltimore.  Instead,  I'm favoring using Washington or Atlanta this week, even in divisional matchups.  This week strikes me as the last time I would feel confident using the Falcons.

Anyone still alive in their pools?

went out in both mine  few weeks back during the same week
Won mine (the FBG ESPN pool) last week, but I'm going to go for 17. I still have the Steelers and Patriots to burn. Going with the Chargers this week (as I imagine is everyone who still has them).
