*** 2021/22 Stanley Cup NHL Thread **** Congrats 2022 Avs Cup Champs! (1 Viewer)

Bolts have a wild one in Philly, including an OT with no whistles, which was brought about by 2 goals in the last 2 minutes of regulation. Hart and Vasilevskiy both had good games, but Tampa scored both shootout goals to grab the extra point.

Seen a few Kracken games now, and they seem very, very bad.
Such a disaster. Hakstol seems to be pissing in the wind on a nightly basis. Their defense is terrible, as we all knew it would be after they botched the expansion draft. Francis is an idiot, as we all knew he was before he botched the expansion draft.

Sorry, I’m in Lakeland, and didn’t realize that I had fans. At any rate, Bolts split a pair of games against the Devils and Wild, with Elliott earning the win in a shootout with the Wild. New Jersey has made some upgrades, and there’s no shame in losing a game.

As a lifelong, mostly disappointed Flames fan, I am pleasantly surprised by what I have seen thus far this year.  Tough schedule out of the gate, 13 road games (tied with the Isles) so far and they have played really well.  Lead the league in point diff and goals against. 7 shutouts in 19 games.

The clock will no doubt strike midnight soon and they will turn back into a pumpkin, but for now they are a fun team to watch.

maybe tony deangelo was right in punching georgiev, who is easily my least favorite ranger.  rumor that the rangers may have been showcasing him for the sabres, but then he georgieved.  time to trot igor out there every game, except back to backs.

The Bolts lost another one of their numerous superstars 4-6 weeks but still won 4-0 last night over Philly at Amalie because they still have Vasy. Every other team in the league is inferior and can suck it.
