These are the four qbs getting a real run in their first year and gotta say they are all fairly comparable at this point based on organizational situation and such. Spencer Rattler had a quick sip of coffee but not enough to throw into the mix at this point and outside of him no other rookie qb has done anything of note. Decent start for this class, imo.

When you add in McCarthy and Penix, this could be one of the best QB classes ever

If nothing else it's a back fill for the lousy 2019 and mediocre 2021 drafts. 2020 looks like a golden year for qbs: Burrow, Tagovailoa, Herbert, Love and Hurts.

Hooked on Bo Nix works for me…

Also, as his biggest Sharkpool fan, can we please get recieving stats added to this chart?

As of now, Daniels has improved some since week 11 while Nix has taken a small step back, both Williams and Maye are doing ok but treading water at this point. Williams is taking a Ton of sacks for big losses and needs to knock that off or he's gonna be toast a couple of years. O-line issues for sure but he doesn't help himself much either.

As we're coming to the end of the season I added Penix and Rattler for a more complete review of this qb class. Jayden Daniels is the clear front runner at this point, imo. Yesterday's win was a statement game against a division rival with a tough defense and super bowl aspirations. Overall, the class is looking good with solid play by most of the qbs. and offers hope to the teams that drafted them. Should be interesting to watch this class evolve.

Definite tier to this class with Daniels head and shoulders on top followed by Nix who looks very promising then some order of Williams(horrible organization and coaching) and Maye(similar to Williams) who aren't necessarily helping their causes, with Penix TBD and Rattler, well let's just say Rattler doesn't look the part. Still hope for some teams but others(NO) should keep looking, imo.

Looks like an amazing QB class. Even Penix looked great this weekend. Could be five studs for years to come. Rattler has shown some promise considering his 5th round selection.

Final update for the season. Nix and Daniels are in the post season while the rest lick their wounds. Daniels and Nix are big hits for their franchises while Williams and Maye have promise but need help from their organizations to stabilize the situation, else they end up on the what coulda been pile. I think Penix might be a thing to be honest but obviously he needs more run. Rattler comes across as just a guy, imo.

With Maye it's the turnovers that give me pause, he's too loose with the ball. It can be corrected but until it is I'm not sold on him being The Guy for NE. A good coach and stable front office can help with that, imo.
