Preparation? Not much.
Insight? No much of that either.
But it's traditional for me to post predictions in here for the coming year and then to mock the Francesas and Cowherds of the world with no shame whatsoever.
But here it is! The 2025 QuizGuy66 Season Prediction Thread with a shocking path to an all too predictable results. Feel free to drop your own predictions in here too.
And with that...
AFC East
1 - Beefalo 14-3
New England 8-9
Miami 6-11
Jets 5-12
AFC North
2 - Baltimore 13-4
5- Cincinnati 12-5 (take the over. just every game. take the over.)
Pittsburgh 9-8 (seriously they could trade for entire Hamilton Tiger-Cats lineup and they'd still find a way to 9 wins so why fight it)
Cleveland 7-10 (It's funny - I think the Browns will be more competitive than most seem to expect and the odds dictate. Still a circus but I do think they get some wins).
AFC South (actually the predictions below aside there's room for a wide swing of results from the bottom 3 if any of them get their act together way more than the others)
4 - Houston 11-6
Jacksonville 7-9-1
Indianapolis 5-11-1
Tennessee 3-14
AFC West
3 - Kansas City 12-5
6 - Denver 10-7
7 - LA Chargers 10-7
Las Vegas 6-11
Playoffs
2) Baltimore 24 7) LA Chargers 20
3) Kansas City 19 6) Denver 17
5) Cincinnati 38 4) Houston 31
5) Cincinnati 34 1) Beefalo 28
2) Baltimore 26 3) Kansas City 13 (Ratbirds pull away late in a rock fight)
5) Cincinnati 41 2) Baltimore 34 (can't help myself - also would be the first super bowl team to have the total over/under for each of their games go over all season.
NFC East
1 - Philadelphia 15-2
7 - Washington 9-8
Dallas 7-10-0
Giants 4-13-0 (this is a team where I think there will be a lot of defensive battles this year - but the offense will let the defense down this time around)
NFC North
2 - Detroit 12-5
6 - Green Bay 10-7
Minnesota 8-9
Chicago 6-11
NFC South
4 - Atlanta 9-8
Tampa Bay 9-8
Carolina 7-10
New Orleans 2-15
NFC West
3 - Seattle 11-6
5 - San Francisco 10-7
Arizona 7-10
LA Rams 6-11
Playoffs
2) Detroit 32 7) Washington 10
6) Green Bay 21 3) Seattle 19
5) San Francisco 30 4) Atlanta 16
1) Philadelphia 27 6) Green Bay 7
6) Green Bay 20 5) San Francisco 19
Ugh - awesomely it is on the written one too ...but 2) Detroit 20 5) San Francisco 19 is what was meant.
1) Philadelphia 33 not Green Bay But 2) Detroit 17
And Super Bowl LX.....
Cincinnati 38 Phiadelphia 30
(I mean as long Joe Burrow is back there the path may me different but my picks will end up in the same place).
Happy Football Everyone!!!!

Fixed above. This is what I get for leaving it late.
