2nd pick 2/3 turn - Cook, CMC/ Gronk / other? WHIR (1 Viewer)

4th&inches

Footballguy
12-team, standard scoring, 3 player-keeper league. We start: QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, Flex (RB/WR/TE), K, DST

Keeper rules:

  • Only players drafted after the 5th round can be kept.
  • Players can be kept for a Max of 3yrs:
  • Yr 1 = 1 round prior to draft round (ex. Drafted in round 7 = round 6 keeper)
  • Yr 2 = ½ the previous round (ex. In above scenario, you’d lose your 3rd round pick)
  • Yr 3 = round 1
my 3 keepers

  • David Johnson - 6th round
  • Jordy Nelson - 7th
  • Isaiah Crowell - 8th
I'm 99% sure Bell is going 1st, which leaves me with AB. So, coming into round 2, my team will look like:

  • RB1: DJ
  • RB2: Crowell
  • WR1: AB
  • WR2: Jordy
My question is where to go with my 2/3 picks. In all my mocks (adjusting for keepers) Cook, CMC, Gronk, Kelce (actually ranked higher than Gronk on Yahoo), Lynch, T. Hill have all been around, but I'm honestly at a loss as to who i'd prefer & could use some advice.

Thanks in advance

You are essentially looking at filling your flex spot and then either depth or roll with the starting TE.  Based on that I don't think you can pass on Gronk if he is there and then I would follow up with the best player left on your board at either RB or WR.  Don't force a position and just get the player at the top of your board.  For me it would be Cook out of the players you have listed.  He just barely beats our Tyreek Hill for me.
