2nd yr 32team dynasty PPR with IDPs and salary cap (1 Viewer)

This is a 2nd year dynasty league and I am searching for a replacement owner for one team, and possibly a 2nd. We are a 32team league with a 75M salary cap that used RL salaries when we started. We used a blind bidding system for free agency. We start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, FLEX, and K on offense. On defense we start 3DL, 3LB, 3DB, and 1FLEX. This is a very smart and competitive group that loves fantasy football. We currently wrapped up the draft and have started FA. We are doing position by position on weekly basis, and coming up next are the RBs to bid on. So there is plenty of time to fill out a good roster. This is a cash league with cash payouts. The league fee is $30, and we keep scoring on Fantrax and all league fees are stored in a LeagueSafe account.

Found a Lions owner and now a team told me they could not pay, so they are backing out. Hopefully the last available team for the season is the Pittsburgh Steelers.
