I gotta say, as much as I love FBG, been a subscriber for 13 years, the customer service has progressively gone down the drain over the last 7 years. Target dates are barely ever met. I understand they grew a lot over the years, but wow....for those that been here a long time......it is pretty clear. It went from having great customer service to basically none.
