I am sticking with SF this week vs. Dallas. Considered Cleveland, but didn't like their showing at home in week 1 vs. Cincy. Not much else on my WW. I'm not expecting anything close to the 24 pts. they got me last week, but as you mention, their remaining schedule isn't too daunting.
I think the defense will surprise people this year but it's just that the offense can't get enough first downs to stay on the field. Given enough opportunities, any team will score on any defense.
More accurately it's a product of Tavaris Jackson. In the past two years I've taken flyers on SF D/STs at one point or another and they always seem to disappoint. I need to go look at the stats to confirm this, but they I always remember starting them on a juicy matchup and them just not showing up at all.
Take what they scored in your league last week. Subtract 12. Then add what you'd get if they had another 17 points or so scored on them... and if you'd like that number in your starting lineup, pick em up.
