Here’s who I expect to be available at 4:

Cook/Mixon/Fournette/Jacobs/Cooper/Lockett/Montgomery 

Most everyone else in top 25 RBs and Wrs are kept already. We can’t keep 1st rounders.

is Cook the definite choice at 4?

I would take either Mixon or Cook, which ever you like better.  I value these two pretty even.

I like Cook a little better here based on the offensive weapons. 2nd year removed from the knee injury, I like his upside more than Mixon.

Cook would be the pick for me by a longshot.  The only question on him is health and his issues have not been solely soft tissue (hammie was tied to ACL recovery - common).  I pick Cook and celebrate.
