The Bill Walsh Dynasty League is looking for 1 extremely active owner to take over an open team. The league fee is $81 of which $75 goes towards the league prize fund while the other $6 goes towards the website. $45 of it is paid already from the previous owner but I would still am asking for $81 of which half will go towards league fees in 2013. It is a 12 team league broken down into 4 divisions with 6 teams making the playoffs (4 division winners and 2 wildcards having the 2 best non division winning records). We start 1 QB/2 RBs/2 WRs/2 Flex (RB/WR/TE)/1 TE/1 K/1 Def and it is 1 PPR. We use a blind bidding $$ waiver system. Our rookie draft will be in late June or early July and it consists of 5 rounds. The roster looks like this:

Good luck finding someone.....only 1 pick in the rookie draft and it is third to the last one and then that roster is one ugly roster. I don't see how anyone jumps on that.

Unless I am confused, it looks like this OPEN TEAM has traded away all of it's future draft picks for 2013/2014, except for a few 4th and 5th rounders, is this correct?

Eww if that is the case it will be even harder to find someone to take this over without a large discount for numerous years.

The team is not that bad. Yes he did trade away a lot of draft picks but has a solid team and like I stated earlier he made the playoffs and finished 4th overall.

I just joined this league myself last year. All that I can say is that it's by far the most fun & active league that I've been in that I didn't run myself. I'm hoping that someone here is up for the challenge of re-building this open franchise.

Yep and Lemmy took over a much much worse roster then this one and has turned things around in 1 short season and almost made the playoffs this year. Who's up for a challenge? Email me if interested.

I just came to find out that the previous owner is putting his $45 2011 winnings towards league fees of whomever ends up as the replacement owner for 2012. I am still requiring $81 for taking over the team but 1/2 of it or $40.50 of that will go towards the 2013 season to hoepfully encourage the new owner to stick around for the long haul. In light of this I feel this team will be filled fast so please email me if you have interest in taking over this open team at a bargain price!! Email me @ ssmithfamily@live.com.
