Depends on your situation.  If you are rebuilding the picks may be better depending on your stable of RB's and your needs elsewhere.  How pick poor does losing those picks make you?  If you still have a first rounder after making this deal then it seems like a good deal for you.  Are there any restrictions on how long you can keep Sanders or any salary cap implications?

Bottom line it's a reasonable price but other factors come into play on whether or not you should pull the trigger.

I am a contender. RB is my worst spot minus TE as far as depth goes. Nothing behind CMC, J. Robinson & CEH. We start 2 RB & also 2 Flex. Dynasty with no restrictions

 
EDIT: I'm trying to get him to add Diggs to it, but he then wanted me to add AJ Brown & Claypool to get Diggs. Too much of an overpay IMO. Am I wrong? I'll add Claypool + something else to get Diggs, but AJB > Diggs IMO
