Brown is still WR1, IMO you'd be overpaying.  He won't go for Cooks or Hill straight up I wouldn't imagine, but I would at least try them first.

In a season where consistent WR play is nearly impossible to find, Brown is quite possibly the only game in town. No way I’d ever do that deal straight up. Not to mention Gordon’s turf toe bothers me. I want no piece of that if I can help it.
