 A. Foster (RB) and M. Thomas (WR) are FA.

Thinking about dropping D. Washington (DET RB) for either one - which is better to pick up? My team is weak on Starting RB's, but we all know Foster isn't startable now, and risky when he does play.

Alternatively, I can acquire M. Thomas and try to trade him.

Here's my roster,  I'm currently 4-0 in a 10 team league
