In light of the upcoming matchups, the Colts position in getting to the playoffs, the running game status, and the bad play of Marv last Sunday, does this guy move up at all in the coming weeks to make a decent play as a #3 WR or will the 3/30/0 keep happening?

He had a big second half last year, hoping for a repeat this season. I'm starting him over Holt this week

He had a big 2nd half because Harrison was out and he was starting opposite Wayne. With Harrison still around you may want to temper your expectations unless of course Gonzalez and Harrison switch roles which is possible.

I forgot that Harrison was out. Hopefully Gonzalez's role increases going forward given that Harrison has been ineffective.
