I was offered my Luck, Martavius Bryant and Jordan Howard for Aaron Rodgers. My current QBs are Luck and Rivers. RBs are Hunt, Elliot, Howard, Crowell and Javorius Allen. WRs are AJ, Diggs, Devante Parker and M. Bryant. I have three tight ends (plan on dropping one) with Kelce, Ebron and Hooper. Should I accept? I would probably pick up Bilal Powell and Corey Davis. This is an ESPN standard league no PPR. Leave a link and I will answer yours!

Yes, I would do that trade. What is your lineup usually? QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF? Is there a flex position? I like the offer. A little worried about Crowell and Buck Allen after this weekend so keep an eye on waivers as the season progresses at the RB spot and WR spot. Marquise Lee or Sterling Shepard might be good waiver pickups if available while Davis is out.

Here is mine if you wouldn't mind answering: https://forums.footballguys.com/forum/topic/760816-roster-changes-coming/

Personally I would not do this trade. I don't know if you play in a 6 point TD league or a 4 point TD league, but I play in a 6 point TD league with bonuses for long TD and +300 yard passing games (basically QB are much more valuable than standard scoring leagues) and I would not do it. When Luck comes back he will be top 5 the remainder of the way. To me there is not a massive upside between Luck and Rodgers. Green bay also has somewhat of a running game this year so they probably will throw a little less than normal. To give up Bryant and Howard for that small increase in QB production is not worth it to me. Your main question is when does luck come back, and when he comes back how long can he play getting hit all the time. Another factor is what your record is. If you have a good record then that supports not doing it. If you have a bad record that favors doing it so you have Rodgers while Luck is out and still gives you a little more QB production even when Luck comes back. I love the idea of trading depth for starters, but I think this is giving up way too much, especially if you're in a 4 point TD league with a good record. Here are my questions to you:

1) Are you in a 4 point or 6 point TD league?

2) What is your record?

I am in a 4 point TD league and I am now 2-1 after this week.

I also have a flex spot to add onto that.

Yeah. I mean, how long do we really know that Luck is going to be out and what you're buying is the safety and CONSISTENCY of Aaron Rodgers as well. I do agree you are probably giving up a bit too much. What other RBs are on their roster?

I'd do it but I would also see if he can toss in a WR if he has one since even with Corey Davis that is your thin spot. I don't trust Luck to do anything this year.  I have no idea why you'd want to pick up Powell, I would personally rather pick up a lottery ticket like Collins, Foreman, Smallwood, etc. if you want to have 5 RB's.  Powell has virtually zero upside and is a JAG that you will probably never use. If he doesn't have a WR to give you what other WR's besides Corey Davis are available on your WW to target? Picking up 2 WR's to cover for Bryant might be the better strategy than picking up Powell or another RB.

Yea I would definitely not do that then. Don't get me wrong Aaron Rodgers is in a league of his own, but the discrepancy between the number one quarterback and your middle of the road quarterback is not very large. Not nearly as large as a discrepancy between wide receiver and running back. In a four-point League that discrepancy is even smaller. Combine that with the fact that you have a winning record without Rogers to me makes it a definite no. Just my opinion though.

Way too much for Rodgers. Like way, way too much. Even though I don't think Howard lives up to his ADP this season, he's still going to be a fairly good RB1 going forward. He doesn't face many good run defenses for the rest of the year and as good as Cohen is, he's not really going to eat into Howard's snaps.

Too much to pay, as others have said.  I'd wait for either some good news on Luck's return, or a big game from Bryant, and see if you could do Luck/Bryant for Rodgers. Adding Howard in is way too much

Hopefully you made the trade with the Luck news that he'll be out until November now he just became worthless for your trading partner.
