GAME EVENT: N3 WRITEUP:

While the village is patting themselves on the back for running up the Indy, it seems to escape their mind that there may be another killer or more on the loose. They are quickly reminded as gunfire erupts from all around them, however. Yet again, Bushmaster AR fire rings out from the surrounding hillside. CYP, swinging from the streetlights screaming "FEAR ME!!!!" suddenly flails in pain and falls to the ground below... grabbing his groin it appears he has been shot in the #### as well as left thigh, severing the artery. He rapidly bleeds out in the street, still screaming "FEAR MEEEEEE #####ES!!"

DEAD IS CYP: Piers Morgan GGRP

Pistol fire and Shotgun fire flashes from the left and right (respectively) of the townsfolk and while bullets can be heard zipping by a couple townsfolks head, thankfully no one else is hit by the erratic gunfire.

Again a trampled CCW Permit with a recent expiration is found on the ground after the townsfolk stampede for cover.

The rest of the evening passes without event. After a few hours of restless sleep, the sun rises in the distance bringing about a new day....

Nighttime protection for self defense that expires once the new day is up. You then pass it to someone else. If you hold the CC and you are shot at you have a 50% chance at returning fire on your attacker.There was no mention of it in the writeup so do we even know if it is in play?

And it only works for GG's, and who had it which night?(keeping in mind that D4/N4 seem to exist only in an alternate reality...or is THIS the alternate reality? )

I speculated that it was only for GGs. It mentions being for law abiding citizens to protect against a madman. That has not been confirmed at this point. I think this is who had it:
