Actors (actresses) whose films could be swapped with no real differenc (1 Viewer)

While I was watching Equilibrium the other day (okay movie, but nothing great), subconsciously I kept thinking I was watching Keanu Reeves. Maybe it was just the Matrix-esque action or maybe it was just Christian Bale's acting, but he could easily have been replaced with Keanu Reeves and the movie would not have changed at all.

Then I got to thinking about other actors who could be swapped easily, for all of their films.

I don't know if Keanu could have been Batman, but if Keaton, Kilmer and Clooney could all pull it off (sort of anyway), why couldn't the more mature Reeves? Bale might have been a stretch in Bill & Ted's though.

Arnold Schwarzenager could replace Sly in almost everything, and vice versa. (other than Rocky)

Kevin Bacon could replace William Fichtner (though it doesn't work as well in reverse)

What other actors could be swapped?

What actors / actresses cannot be swapped with anyone?

Morgan Freeman comes to mind first here. Leonardo DiCrapio also has a range unlike others.

Absolutely. Pitt can play the crazed, slightly off character quite well. No doubt in my mind he could have played a scheming, effeminate pirate.
