Without seeing your roster and team needs, I would say that this trade seems pretty even.  Personally I think I prefer Adams a little bit more, but overall it's pretty close.

As long as you have the RB depth to part with Henry, I would trade Henry for Adams.

Both guys have some questions.  I am fairly worried about Adams' concussions as he had a couple last year.  You never know if he is one more hit away from not being out there anymore but with Lewis coming in it really takes the shine of Henry.  It's fairly even and would depend on roster construction on which side I would prefer.  In a vacuum I probably take Henry.  I am still a believer.

Man, I'm 100% on the other side here. This feels very lopsided in favor of the side getting Adams. 

In startups, Adams is going in round 2, Henry in round 5.

I just don't like the concussions.  He took a couple nasty hits to the head last year.  I would never take Adams in round 2 for a startup.
