Advice on Structuring A Large League (1 Viewer)

I run a league that is subsidized by my company (company pays for website and draft party). It is a friendly league that include co-workers and clients.

The league has gotten more popular--to the point where we may have 20-24 potential teams this year. We want to remain as inclusive as possible--partly because its popularity ensures the continuation of the subsidy. Rather than divide everyone into two leagues, we want to consider options for structuring one large league in a way that will still allow for one champion and everyone to share the same website/trash talk.

Ideally, we would like two divisions of 10 or 12 teams. Then, after a two week playoff, we would have the two division winners face off in a Superbowl.

Because most of the owners are not Sharks, a 24 team league from one player pool would be too difficult (thin) and less fun for the less experienced owners.

Does anyone know if CBS or anyone else allows you to have two large divisions and use two player pools? There would be an LT in each conference, but it would not matter until the SuperBowl where a couple of the same players could face off in the championship.

Other ideas for structuring a large league are welcome.

I know MFL allows multiple versions of the same player, they could, if you wanted, even allow both of the player to be on one team.

IOW, you get the 1.24/2.01 pick, you could walk away with two Frank Gores. Some like this, others do not.

ETA: I assume the draft party is a key part of this, so going with a salary-cap type league where every team could have the same players isn't desirable.
