The division winners seem set so let's look at the wildcard race. 2 of the Titans, Bills, Browns, Broncos, and Jaguars will be selected.
Won Loss Records with 3 games remaining:
Jaguars are 8-4
Titans 7-5
Browns 7-5
Bills 6-6
Broncos 5-7
Texans 5-7
The Titans will win any tiebreaker with the Texans since they beat them twice.
The Titans play San Diego, Kansas City, New York Jets, and Indianapolis. San Diego is going to be a tough game. Kansas City and New York are quite beatable teams however, they get up for big games. Remember, the NY Jets beat Pittsburgh. Indianapolis may (for the most part) very well take week 17 off. I'm thinking 3-1 for the Titans which would make them 10-6.
The Jaguars play the Panthers, Steelers, Raiders, and Texans. A fairly predictable 3-1 or 4-0 there with the Steelers being the only especially tough matchup.
The Browns play the Jets, Bills, Bengals, and 49ers. They should beat the Jets and 49ers. The Bills are also in this playoff race so that will be close. The Bengals score a ton of points with not much defense, somewhat similar to the Browns. However, the Browns clearly have a better defense. They'll be in a race with the Titans.
The Bills play the Dolphins, Browns, Giants, and Eagles. They should beat the Fins but the other 3 are tough tough games. I don't imagine they'll go 4-0. If the Titans go 3-1 as I predicted above, they'd have to be 4-0.
The Broncos play the Chiefs, Texans, Chargers, and Vikings. They would have to win all 4 to be 9-7 on the year. The Titans would have to lose twice and then it would go into a tiebreaker process.
Titans and Jaguars seem to have a very realistic spot as a wildcard entry for the AFC.
