Depends on how you play and who you start.
If you are starting Knuckles or Tracy don’t do it. If you are starting Achane and Jones make the trade.
I would not make this trade but if it improves your starting line up it is worth it.
I would keep Monty (or Tracy) and tell him to keep Williams then make the trade I would rather have either over Williams.
Any ideas?
