Have Kupp and AJ, need help on WR pickup! (1 Viewer)

Hello, I've got a slight problem. I drafted Chase, AJ Brown and Kupp and my other two WR's are Watson and Kirk. We start a QB, RB RB, WR WR and then two flex. Assuming AJ and Kupp don't play this week, I need another WR to put in there. Would you play Watson or Kirk (yuck) or pickup one of: Q. Johnston, A. Pierce, B. Cooks or Mooney off of waivers? They cleared this morning and these 4 are still left. Thoughts? Thanks in advance! I'm 2-0 and playing a guy that's also 2-0 this week so I'd like to win this one!

I would pick them up in this order:
  1. Quentin Johnston: Seems to be developing and getting usage. Not much in the way of pass catchers there
  2. Pierce: Low volume but seems to be Richardson's favorite target. Worry about Downs coming back.
  3. Mooney: If Cousins continues to improve he will be solid
  4. Cooks: Looks cooked.

Thank you! Cooks definitely looks Cooked, agree. All of the rest of them are available right now. Pierce is AR's favorite target, but Quentin is tall and has a 40 inch vertical and is a physical specimen. Mooney could definitely see a ton targets as well. So you are saying you'd go after Johnson first?

Not gonna respond, I agree with Gally. Only difference is I know Pierce can catch the ball consistently not so sure about QJ yet. So if the Colts figure it out Pierce could explode.

Personally I sit tight and roll out Kirk on Monday Nite (@Gally). I think it's the best play this week given the matchups. Season long it's a coin flip.

I actually think that's what I'm going to do. Will probably pick up either Pierce or Mooney since Kupp and AJ will be out and see what they do.
