I'm in a non-PPR, 12-team league, and choosing a flex position between Dillon, Chase Edmonds, and DJ Moore. Bloom's article on RB tiers has Dillon ranked # 8 right between D Henry and Kamara. I don't have Dillon in the same stratosphere as Henry. With Jones getting at least 50% of the touches, do you see Dillon as that high?
