All those threads about Travis Henry and Selvin Young... (1 Viewer)

There must have been over a thousand postings on this subject over the past few days: Henry or Young? Injury or Drug Test?

There will probably be a thousand more during Denver's bye week.

And...

Does any of it really matter if the Broncos are crap?

If there defense is truly this bad, and the offensive line is this full of holes, is any runner really going to produce over the rest of the season?

We may all be arguing over which guy is a flex versus which guy is a total bust. If this continues, I wouldn't give you two cents for both of them...

4th down and 3 and wtf???? Did skeletor actually call the paly where Cutler does his Tim Tebow impersonation? I know the game was over but jesus, throw the damn ball.

Skeletor? I love that. I thought Skeletor was the head of Homeland Security.

Travis Henry is #2 in the NFL in rushing yards. Coming into the week he was #1 IIRC. Let's not get crazy here.

Tough call considering they were down by 14 before their 2nd posession of the game. That effectively neutralized the running game, the Broncos ran the ball only 17 times and Henry still averaged 4 ypc.

The loss of Nalen going forward is a big concern though.

Broncos: Henry fine until November?10/08/07 09:59 AMTHE NEWSBroncos running back Travis Henry could be with the club for a while longer. The Denver Post reports that since Henry's suit is in federal court in New York and since Henry may be able to appeal a ruling, the running back could buy himself another four or five weeks. Henry is due to take a polygraph test and attend a scheduled hearing this week, a source confirms. He is subject to a one-year suspension if it's proven that he tested positive for marijuana. Our ViewThe Rocky Mountain News also wrote that it could be a month before Henry's fate is ultimately sealed, one way or the other. That would be nice for fantasy owners who have T-Hen, but it shouldn't stop anyone from adding Selvin Young.
So, that means I have to eat two roster spots up on my team because Henry can't stop lighting up. Wonderful.
