DT: Darnell Dockett DE: John Abraham, Charles GrantLB: Nick Barnett, Cato June, Dan Morgan, Al WilsonCB: Ronde Barber, Ken LucasS: Greg Wesley, Gibril WilsonWe start DT, DE, LB, LB, CD, SWe get to keep 2 players, with a max of 1 from each position. Scoring: Tackles 1, Assists .5, Sacks 2, Int 3, TD 6, PD 1, FF 3We hold our defense draft separate from the offensive draft.Dockett is not a top tier DT, so despite the lack of quality fantasy scoring DTs, I don't plan to keep him. Abraham and Grant are both very good but we only start 1 at DE and there's a bunch to go around. Abraham seems like too much of an injury risk to keep, but Grant is a definite consideration for a keeper. My linebackers are all very good, but I'm not enamored with any of them in particular. Morgan was one of the top scorers in this league system last year but he has that injury stigma that makes me nervous.Corner back, like DT, is usually weak in terms of fantasy scoring in this system. Barber is a solid guy though so I'm penciling him in as a keeper. Both safeties are top notch IMO, but safeties can also be had easily in the middle rounds easily. I really like Gibril Wilson over Wesley. As of now, I'm leaning towards Charles Grant and Ronde Barber. What do you think?

Yeah I like your choices. Since you start so few at each position you really are looking for the best of the best at each position. Grant certainly qualifies. And Barber rates higher at CB than any of your LBs do. Wilson has the potential but who knows if he'll return to the production levels he was producing before his injury.

I think those two are clearly keepers. I generally don't like CBs but since you are forced to play one, Barber is the way to go since he will outscore many SS and FS guys anyway. I have Grant listed as the top DL on my board.I love Gibril Wilson, but he is a guy that you can get back in the draft.

Charles Grant amd Gibril WilsonI would try and pick Dockett back up. Being an UT he could be in the top tier of DT's in terms of FF.

I think you have to consider Barnett, even with starting two and not knowing your league size I would think is a weekly starter.

Julius Peppers may have something to say about that..

He is up there too. We have an interesting scoring system that really only covers UTs, Ints, and Sacks (assists are minimal value and no forced fumbles).
