I would hit the accept button on that pretty quick
Depends on what you think of Barkley. There is a very real possibility that Barkley isn't what his original perception or value. He could just be a RB2/3 on a below average team.
I think the risk is worth the reward and would probably hit accept but it's not as easy a decision as it might seem.

Redraft or dynasty? Worth considering in redraft, but no way in dynasty. FYI - Chubb still has a bye (week 13).
