3. Yes she was named after the band. Not because they particularly liked them, but saw them being interviewed one night and thought it would be a cool name.

I'm in my mid-40's and when I was younger the Kari's I knew were all CAR-ee. Not the name for this thread, especially when Theoneandonly is mentioned.
