I'm not a D expert, so not sure of the value of adding MIN D.  That being said, its close but I dont think I'd do it.  I dont think the downgrade from TY to Shepard is worth the RB bump (you have TB RB locked down).  I'd try to package Maclin + Simms if you really want a RB upgrade.  Maybe Maclin to upgrade TE (Eifert, Ertz).

I'd stand pat, Hilton over shepherd in my mind.  Buffalo feels like a disaster may happen and team gives up, don't see McCoy as definite upgrade over tb backfield.
