Another work in progress in the Cardinals’ secondary who has shown steady improvement is former first-round pick Antrel Rolle, who has switched from cornerback to the team’s starting FS job.
“He’s come a long way,” the insider said of Rolle. “He’s not taking the same bad angles like he was earlier this season, and he’s always been a very good open-field tackler.
We’re also told that, in response to various shifting offensive formations, Rolle recently has been sharing more of the blitzing load previously handled primarily by SS Adrian Wilson, who team insiders tell us has gone out of his way to work with Rolle at his new position.
I really like Rolle's upside, sounds like he's found a home for sure at safety.
