Roman Harper S - NO

Bernard Pollard S - KC

Danniel Manning S - Chicago

Terrance Kiel S - Chargers

a few safties for starters - 1st 3 are rookies. Harper is starting. Pollard should be starting sometime this season and Manning will be doing kick returns and my guess will get some playing time in nickle/dime packages but will eventually work his way into the starting lineup - especially if Mike Brown remains injured. Kiel so far has been playing very solid for the Chargers. Keep an eye on Eric Smith - he's playing behind Coleman for the Jets. There were murmorings earlier that he might get the starting nod - but it hasn't happened as of yet.

. My .0125 cents

Darrent Williams, CB DEN (not a bad option...if only cause no one wants to throw at Champ)

Nathen Vasher, CB CHI was very good last year

Dre Bly CD DET

Ken Hamlin, S SEA...could be a deep sleeper with value if he can come back from injury

Landry was impressive last night. He is a starting SS.
Hey CC, did you watch the game last night? Intrigued by that stat line, but it didn't look like he started making plays until the second quarter with the twos when the Ravens may have been playing a more traditional scheme. Still a good sign, though.

I was internet radio listening off and on. He was getting serious praise both times I listened in. I don't see the PD stat, but he was praised for breaking up a pass to Cooley. He made a big tackle on Thrash keeping him from a first and stuffed Cartwright short of the first on 4th down. Announcer said, "Two great plays by Landry were equal to a turnover. The Ravens love this rookie and now I see why." I am relying on some CBs in Z30, and will be trying to pick up Landry this weekend (auction).

In a deep dynasty draft - take SS Anthony Bethea of the Colts. He's likely starting week 1 vs. the Giants, and I think will replace Doss permanently at SS in time.
