That's awesomeNeither has been released yet, but 2 I am looking foward to:
1 - cbs/sportsline will have an ff app coming out shortly if you happen to host your league there
2 - not directly ff, but DirecTV/Sunday Ticket will have an app to stream all NFL games live, as well as the red zone channel and game highlights
For my Yahoo fantasy baseball league I use an app called "My Fantasy Teams" by ES Group Mobile. It works well with Yahoo, even the free version. Only problem is, it's only for Yahoo leagues...All Sports. It runs a little slow, but carries most of the features as if you were in Yahoo itself including changing your line-ups on the spot.Overall, I like it, and I again just have the free version.I seem to recall a third-party app for use with yahoo's fantasy sites.
Looks like Yahoo has an official app now, currently in the top 25 Free apps in the store.I'm just wondering, does anyone know why yahoo doesn't have an 'official' Yahoo fantasy sports app for its leagues? It just seems weird that they wouldn't have one.
What is the name of the MFL app?MFL has an app for scoring. Cant do anything with your team though

thank you. yeah it really only tells you the team scores. Doesn't even give you individual player scores. or allow you to do anything with your team. I guess it's useful for like if you're stuck at a wedding or in a car somewhere and just want a quick score update.Try searching "myfastasyleague". It is actually called "myfantasyleague.com live score tracker".Upon looking further at the CBS app, it appears you can add/drop and such, so it is better than I first thought.
I had an email dialog with the developer this morning.. it went rather poorly.. Basically he was insulted by my choice of words describing his app. I called it "juvenile" and pretty much argued what did I expect for it being free?it didn't get better after that... hopefully MFL finds a capable dev team and does something.. I think it's worth 3-5 bucks, if they make something usable..However, I also have to think you could build an IPHONE MFL web page view like other sites.. and use mobile safari.. an 'APP' isn't really necessary, just a format friendly to iphone presentation...Yeah, the MFL one is easily the worst of the bunch when it comes to bells and whistles, but it beats navigating through Safari if you just want a quick update. One would hope they are working on improving it.
Post that email exchange, would ya? I need a good laugh right now.I had an email dialog with the developer this morning.. it went rather poorly.. Awesome app.The CBS app is out. Do a search for "CBS Football" in the iPhone app store. I haven't played with it much - seems like just basic scoring functions and not much else.
I'll keep some decorum.. PM me your email...Post that email exchange, would ya? I need a good laugh right now.I had an email dialog with the developer this morning.. it went rather poorly.. Yah, was struggling for a word that would motivate.. while still deliver the fact that it doesn't DO anything.. "minimalistic in design" ???but it really doesn't put the bait, that makes someone who's proud of their work say "HEY, you might not like it now, but we'll put something together... give us chance"GOLDIgnore my PM - I love laughing at that stuff, good stuff man. That was super unprofessional of him. Sure juvenile was a bad way to start, but that guy must have been having a bad day.
He absolutely should have said something more professional like, "Thank you for your interest in your product, we hope to have something even more functional for the hardcore fantasy player soon. Stay tuned for details." Something that simple is fine. I just emailed him with my bait, well see how he responds lol.Yah, was struggling for a word that would motivate.. while still deliver the fact that it doesn't DO anything.. I think the CBS Sports app sux0r. If the Fantasy app is based on the same base, then it's going to be very slow and unresponsive.I am simply using Sportacular to watch game updates. Unfortunately, I use three different services (ESPN, RTSports and MFL) for my leagues, so a league-specific app is out of the question. There is an app out there that is supposed to pull info from several of the FF sites into one location, but I'm a cheap ### and not paying for something that I can get for free with a multiple tabs in Safari.Do people have experience using the Yahoo and CBS fantasy apps on BB?
