Looking at possibly using Auction.com or HudsonandMarshall.com as an avenue to acquire my next investment property. Wondering if anybody has bought a house via the Auction route and if they used either of these websites and what was there experience with it. I have gone the Homepath route for one property and also a off-market acquisition for another. I am just finding it difficult to find properties that don't need a lot of work for under 60K.
