You shouldn't be. This isn't the same ol' Ravens D that everyone used to fear.

Baltimore has shown that though they can stop the run relatively well, but they are having difficulty stopping the air attack. Derek Anderson and Braylon Edwards had a field day on them (then again, they're doing that to everyone).

Also, Baltimore's offense is mediocre at best, so Indy will get lots of opportunities offensively.

Yeah, I had the Baltimore Defense in one of my leagues and dropped them for their bye week last week (12-man leagues, really shallow rosters) I was able to pick them up again yesterday just because there is nothing much better out there, but I'm not all that excited about it.

QB's against Baltimore this year

Week1: Carson Palmer - 194 / 2 / 0

Week2: Kellen Clemens - 260 / 2 / 2

Week3: Kurt Warner - 258 / 2 / 0

(Leinart also added another 50+ yards)

Week4: Derek Anderson - 204 / 2 / 1

Week5: Trent Dilfer - 126 / 1 / 1

Week6: Gus Frerotte - 208 / 0 / 5

Week7: Trent Edwards - 153 / 0 / 1

So they've given up 200+ yards to QBs in 4 of 7 games. (and Palmer was 6 yards away)

They also gave up 2 TDs via air in 4 of 7 games as well.

And they did it against a lineup that includes 4-5 QB's that's probably sitting out there on the waiver wire in most FF leagues.

I think this defense is missing some key players, but the above poster is right in that it's not the same fearsome defense that they had in the past.
