With injuries, was looking for a WR that might help come playoff time. Would imagine SF will be losing the games up coming and throwing to get back into it.. I like this weeks matchup and of course week 15 against Cincy...

12 at Cardinals

13 at Panthers

14 vs Vikings

15 vs Bengals

16 vs Buccaneers

A #1 WR on a bad passing team is tempting, but it shouldn't be.

This year, avoid all of these teams wideouts:

MIN

SF

MIA

WAS

OAK

None of them have a QB who can make the proper throws. When they do complete a pass, it's a checkdown or a short curl. Don't do it, man, don't do it.

People make this mistake all the time, thinking "Well somebody has to catch all those passes they'll throw when they're behind."

I was thinking this was a stretch but with Dilfer in and the match ups in the coming weeks, it might be worth the roster spot.

I know you don't care about my roster, but as a yardstick, he may become my #3 WR replacing Cotchery as long as Clemens is throwing the ball. Either him or Ike Bruce. Chris Henry has taken the #2 spot.

WR #3/4 material? IMO, absolutely. Anybody who has warranted 10, 10, 10, 10, and 9 targets in respective weeks has potential to be a low-end #3, irregardless of who is playing QB.

Thanks - I was not sure how many targets he had received, but he has had at least 3 catches per game and in the last 6 games (topping 75yds in the last two and decent passing matchups in the coming weeks)vs Ravens 3rec 36yds 1 TDat Giants 6rec 57yds 1 TDvs Saints 3rec 22yds at Falcons 4rec 35yds at Seahawks 4rec 78yds vs Rams 6rec 86yds
