Somehow snuck into the playoffs and won my quarterfinal match. Going into the semifinals I am against #1 in the league. Need to secure the win.
Thinking of making the following moves:

• Drop T.Kraft for K.Walker (worst case he gets ruled out and I can probably get Kraft or an equivalent TE back without issue)
• Drop B.Nix for A.Richardson (Love as my floor RB & ARich as a potential boom)
• Drop Broncos for Bills

Also debated dropping Waddle for a backup DST to hold two for the remainder of the playoffs since it's bestball.
Any other moves? Any not to make?

Here are my thoughts:

• I would probably stick with Denver on a Thursday night vs Herbert (who can't move).
• I would try and find a way to add McMillan. He has been hot recently
• Richardson is a tough case. It probably depends on scoring (if it's 6 pts for all TD he would not be a consideration).
• I would pick up Spears over Walker. Pollard is dinged and it seems to be worse than last week. Even if Walker is active I wonder if Charbs cuts into the touches enough that he isn't going to help you.
• Waddle - Not sure of his status so don't know what to recommend with him. If he is out this week then I drop him for sure for help this week.

Yeah, good points.
Love Denver and they've treated me well when I've had them, but was unsure about running them against the Chargers when I have Ladd.
Wasn't sure about McMillan because I'm pretty deep on WR as it is. Might keep an eye on Waddle's status and if there's any negative updates today/tomorrow I can drop him for McMillan. Seems like with Jameis being benched, Jeudy's produection may drop a bit too.
Think Nix is a better hold over Richardson? Darnold/Stafford/Herbert all available as well.

I would rank them:

1. Darnold - Hot right now and the Vikes are going for it
2. Nix - Need to win for playoffs.
3. Richardson - Too low of a floor and if he doesn't rush in two TD's he is useless
4. Stafford - Not really worth rostering in this format compared to other guys.
5. Herbert - just don't like his injury situation
