Lots of parents take baths with their children when they are young. You play with toys, have water fights, play with the bubbles. At what age should this type of behavior stop? When does in become inappropriate?

This. I don't get the need to bathe with your kids at any age. Sit next to the tub. Wash, play with the toys, etc.

If you don't start then you never have to make the decision of when to stop. Sort of like kids sleeping in the bed with parents. Bad idea.

you realize they sell chairs you can put in the bathtub to seat the baby, right? Also, i bathed my son in the kitchen sink when he was that old

I help my 5 and 3 year old bathe. I sit outside the tub and wash/rinse their hair, help the get out of the tub, comb their hair. But I've never thought to get in with them.

7 is weird unless it's after the beach or something along those lines. I stand outside the shower and wash their hair

Our 5 month old sleeps in our bed. The 2.5 year old is in his own room and has been since he was 7 months or so
