**Atlanta at Cincinnati** (-6.5) (47) (1 Viewer)

Joe and his crew look like they're clicking. Atlanta D won't stop them, but Marcus and his crew will keep it close, but no cigar...

Bengals- 34
Falcons- 27

-So many things are disturbing here. Atlanta is fresh off San Fran so they have to go through a let down and get stomped by the Bengals, right? The problem here is Cinci really hasn’t whooped anyone and they don’t have a signature win that I can find. I like Joe Burrow and the offense in general but the team overall is not anything close to a world beater and Atlanta has been playing teams close even when they trail by double digits they don’t quit.

-Cinci OL, I’m just looking at the PFF rankings, Tackles rate so poorly that despite Atlanta having just a 1.2% hurry ratio on QB dropbacks where they force the QB to throw early or push him out of the pocket, they are pitiful and you wonder how they even stay in football games. Despite the poor OL by Cinci, hard to imagine they allow Atlanta to rack sacks but if they do, cigarette and a blindfold might be in order soon.

-Marcus Mariotta threw just 14 passes last week, completed 13 of them

-Not a single RB or WR from Atlanta managed to break 60 yds last week

-One has to think Pitts and London will have better games this week, the Atlanta RB du is a mess, total split and neither Huntley or Allgheier are really separating themselves over the other.

were down by 14....lets run run run. coach needs to be fired
I would like to say though that i have become more of an Atlanta fan and their play so far this season has been outstanding. They've been within a couple plays of several games and they just beat San Fran by 2 TDs last week. They are an Offense though that is operating in the 20th Century shall we say? And the Offense is not getting a lot better even with high picks poured in at TE and WR, I get your frustration

Good win for my Bengals. Couldn't believe that Atlanta didn't change their game plan one bit down 18 points - run run short pass run and eventually....punt?!?

Here's the stat I keep telling everybody I see. In the Bengals' last 28 games now, including postseason (and excluding preseason obviously), they have lost three games by more than a field goal. Three. And one of those three was the regular season finale last year against the Browns, when the Bengals were resting their starters.
