Bush wrapped up behind the LOS, terrible blocking

Bush quick screen on 3rd and long, on the ground quick.

 
-Turner plods right side for a couple yards

-Turner plods forward for a few more yards

-Ryan quick pass across the middle for Julio-Def Hold on Miami

 
-Ryan rolls right for Gonzo, incomplete, ball thrown too low

Turner up the middle and hurdled a fallen player for a few yards

-Roddy White with a little flat pattern on 3rd down for a first down

 
Julio Jones nice catch over the middle.

-Turner finds a little hole on the right side for a few yards

-Turner runs wide left for a yard or two

-Douglas catches for 3 yds, they needed 5

 
Rodgers stuffed good both times he had the ball tonight...as plodding as Turner is, he is light years better than Rodgers right now. Oh how the SP has been mislead IMO.

 
Tannehill INT was tipped, and Naanee has dropped or missed 3 balls tonight. Miami is so going nowhere with a bad offense and a fluke juke defense.

 
TURNER SHOWED ON THIS LAST RUN WHY HE WILL START.

He ran to the line and was met by a defender, he slides off him and breaks the tackle for a 5 yard gain. He is making yards that Jaquizz is not or won't.

The o-line has a pro-bowl LT in Long, an up and coming center in Pouncey, and a RT in Martin who should get better as the season progresses. I see the lack of downfield threats as more of a problem than the o-line or RBs. The defenses also don't respect Tannehil's passing.

On 57 carries last year, Rodgers longest run was 13 yards. He averaged 3.6/carry and Turner averaged 4.5. Rodgers will improve this year and get more chances, but he's no Sproles.

Henne had/has a huge arm. I honestly believed that if Miami went with Moore they'd have had an outside shot at the playoffs. He played well last season. Tannehill is really going to struggle this season.
 
Turner catches another screen, and Roddy White was stripped before he gained possession by Sean Smith, very nice.

Miami defense woke up this week.

 
Rodgers was in on 3rd and 2 and Ryan threw incomplete to White. I gotta think Turner gives them a better overall run/pass option.

If Rodgers throws up some stats in the 2nd half against the 2nd team is not going to impress me. I'm sure they want to get him more touches tonight.
