I don't know if the difference between 3 and 5 would have changed much as far as a possible trade up to the number 1 spot, but the 3rd pick (and other stuff) would be much better for the Dolphins. I pray to God the Fins can trade down to number 3.i heard ATL may be interested in trading up to #1 with Miami to secure Ryan. How would this affect moving up. do they have more ammo now?

I heard atlanta does not want to trade up and does not want a qb at 3 eithertoo much money for too risky a propositiontheyve lost grady jackson, kerney, and now colemanDT seems like the pickIt would be dumb for Atlanta to move up. For a team starting over, draft picks are gold. With the #3 and two second rounders, you can lay a nice foundation. And I doubt Miami is going to take Ryan with the #1. I suppose you could see a trade if they actually do, but not until then.
I think the "buzz" around Atlanta taking a QB is just to get a team like Baltimore to trade up. Ryan isn't special enough to go #3 overall, IMO.I'd say the chances are 50%/25%/25% between d-line, QB, and Jake Long.I heard atlanta does not want to trade up and does not want a qb at 3 eithertoo much money for too risky a propositiontheyve lost grady jackson, kerney, and now colemanDT seems like the pickIt would be dumb for Atlanta to move up. Agree with that . Like that you have 0% McFadden.I think the "buzz" around Atlanta taking a QB is just to get a team like Baltimore to trade up. I've never been that high on him but went with the flow. Given all the needs that Atlanta has, and the fact that RB is the easiest spot to fill with a later pick, McFadden makes no sense.Of course, "making sense" usually doesn't factor into the drafting process of several teams.Agree with that . Like that you have 0% McFadden.
NFLDraftcountdown had this to say today:I hope KC did not just lose Jake Long
I've said all along that he's been overanalyzed and is every bit the prospect that Joe Thomas was.• Just saw some footage of Michigan OT Jake Long weighing in and one word comes to mind: IMPRESSIVE. Long came in at 6-7 and 313 lbs. and he carries the weight extremely well, almost to the point where he doesn't look like an offensive lineman. I'm not 100% sure but I think I might have even seen a six-pack... There have been rumors swirling for quite a while now that Long is going to work out a lot better than people think and if that winds up being the case those who've been questioning his ability to play left tackle in the NFL might have to reevaluate their opinions.
I'm not convinced Ryan is worth the #8 pick, let alone 1.1. I'd beI think the "buzz" around Atlanta taking a QB is just to get a team like Baltimore to trade up. Lost one, won the other I believe as KC could also have picked 4thShocking that Al Davis doesn't win a coin toss run by the league.
There was only one coin toss. KC could not have picked ahead of Oakland. Once Atlanta won the toss against Oakland, the order was set.Lost one, won the other I believe as KC could also have picked 4thShocking that Al Davis doesn't win a coin toss run by the league.
Didn't Arthur Blank attend a couple BC games this year? I he an alumnus or is there someone else on that team that would attract his attention that much?I heard atlanta does not want to trade up and does not want a qb at 3 either
That's their biggest win in a couple years.
