I've been trying to put together my gameplan for my redraft auction league this year, but haven't found a lot of advice regarding auction allocations for a 2 QB league.
12 teams, 18 roster spots
Lineup: 2 QB/2 RB/2 WR/1 TE/1 K/1 Def
Points: Standard, with 4/passing TD. 0.5 PPR
Dodd's "Perfect Auction" article from last year suggested a low allocation to QB, but with a 2 QB system, I really think I need to bump that up significantly (especially when there are less than 24 solid QB starters in the league).
Does the following allocation seem like a reasonable starting goal? ($200 auction total)
QB: $30, $10, $5, $5 (25%)
RB: $60, $30, $10 (50%)
WR: $20, $10, $5, $5 (20%)
TE: $6
DST: $2, $1
PK: $1
Total starter cost: $169 (84%)
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
