Auction League...$200 salary cap...lineup 1QB, 2RBs, 3WR/TEs, 1SUPERFLEX (QBs included)...you can keep 1 guy at originally drafted price for 3 years (drafted year plus 2 more. Standard scoring (4pts passing TD, 0.5PPR). I'm debating between 3 options.

$3 Courtland Sutton

What do top tier QB's typically go for? If it's $40--$50+ then I keep Allen

Sutton is not even in consideration.
