Pretty similar to the lineup C3 released for Lolla. Decent but not a whole lot to make me eager to go for the whole weekend. I hate PJ though. May look into doing a single day type of thing, I think I heard they're doing single day tickets this year..?

Out. The Austin Psych Fest annihilates this lineup.

Serious question: who available would make it better? Seems to me that Eminem and outlast are big draws if you are a rap fan. Pearl jam isn't exactly chopped liver (although didn't they headline a couple years ago?). McCartney just played here last May. Who is missing that would make it a better lineup ?

It's subjective. Just not much there outside of the Replacements and Spoon that does anything for me.

Replacements and B&S for me. Maybe St. Vincent. No interest in anybody else. On the contrary, Chromeo and Skrillex make me angry.

The headliners are probably better than last year, but the next level appears considerably worse. Unless you're an EDM kid.

In! But I am not as cool as you guys. Eminem and Outkast are bucket list acts for me.
oh i agree on outkast, and im fine with eminem even though im not a huge fan. the EDM slant is frustrating, and the overlap with lollapalooza is just lazy. the connection between the fest and the ethos of the TV show that was its inspiration is tenuous at best

Was pretty obvious Outkast would be there since they're playing every festival humanely possible this year. That's why I guess I'm just a little surprised they went with Eminem too. 2/3 of the primary headliners being hip-hip just seems odd.

Curious to see what the Outkast show will even be like.. Watching the Coachella stream Andre looked bored and just going through the motions. I can't imagine how burnt out they'll be after a grueling US and Europe tour. I agree that Outkast is still a bucket list type of band for me though.. May look into going Friday, but my concern is that they would put Beck and Outkast up against each other? That would kind of defeat the purpose for me.

Eager to see the FFF Fest lineup now.

Just got my ticket for week two. I personally think this is the better lineup then they've had in the last couple years. I skipped the last two because I really had no interest in going.

I hate the week1/2 only bands, I decided week two, but there were one or two small bands that I would have really liked to see that are week one only. Hopefully they will have an after show midweek and that should be pretty easy to get into.

Pretty sure I'm going to skip it and just hope the few I'm interested in stop in Dallas. Belle and Sebastian in particular.

Sidenote: Has there ever been this much crossover between ACL and friggin Edgefest? Beck, Avett Brothers, CVRCHES, and J Roddy Walston.

Schedule is out and yes, Beck and Outkast playing at the exact same time.

Hate that Spoon and The Replacements are playing at the same time as well. They put Calvin Harris up against PJ and have Lorde across the park starting an hour before PJ. Should be interesting to see how the masses go.
