Barrett and Zambrano (1 Viewer)

Well considering he is already squabbling with management for a new contract, this could be what forces him out the door.

What team could use a cancer in the dugout?

Oh yeah, he'd be a good fit in New York.

Mike Barrett makes more mental mistakes than your 10 year old. Barrett + the Cubs defense needed a kick in the ###.

He's on my squad and the numbers have been a let down this year, and I've heard the rumors of short-arming, but what I saw of him today, it didn't look like it was affecting him velocity wise. He may have trouble finishing his pitches or something, and his head seems in an unhealthy place, but the defense was killing him today.

Strange that the K's have left him, but he seemed like he had some giddyup on his fastball.

Who's calling that a fist fight?
:thumbup:Just going by what I heard on the radio.Edit: They fought more in the clubhouse. Barrett is in the ER getting stiches.
No worries. I'm just saying the footage in the dugout showed an open hand kind of slap-push thingy that mostly missed anyway.I did see a half-cocked fist that just stayed there waiting for someone to "stop" it.

Who's calling that a fist fight?
For baseball players that was a fist fight.
Is there really that big of a difference whether it was open handed or closed fisted? They fought in the dugout. Worst thing teammates can do. The fact that it carried over into the clubhouse and was not strictly emotion in the heat of the moment is even worse. What should it be called?
Two mental midgets letting the pressure of major league expectations get the best of them. It's not the first time we've seen little league behavoir out of either of these two idiots and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Speaking of little league behavior, it's Slinger and his piss poor attempt at being an alias.Kids, say hi to Slinger.

[kids]HI SLINGER[/kids]

How is idiocy treating you, GB? Tell everyone. It's been a while.

Barrett apparently got the #### beat out of him. 2 black eyes and needs stitches all the while other players are in there and managers. How the hell would the let that happen?

I thought one of the blurbs on ESPN's bottom line said something about his head banging on a locker.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy...:runs away:The Cubs would be foolish to trade Zambrano, as 26 year-olds with his resume don't come along very often. Barrett, on the other hand, is expendable...
