After 2 ACL replacements in 2 years, I would doubt that Davis is the same player when he comes back. This would probably help Beason's value IF he moves back to MLB.
If Davis doesn't get back would Beason stay at OLB?
If Davis makes it back then Beason will go back to his 3 down MLB role. Anderson would take a HUGE hit in this scenario as would Connor. Dan just becomes the odd man out but Anderson loses the 3 down role where he is racking up points now.

this is pretty funny since the defense got better after TD went down and Anderson was already stealing alot of nickel snaps before TD's injury. so don't see how a 2nd ACL recovery in a year is going to mean less snaps for him 'if' TD is activated. i don't see the need or rush for the panthers to see TD play since they are out of contention and his contract is up and they reluctantly signed him to a 1yr prove it type deal last year. also funny that Anderson is racking up points just b/c he's playing 3downs. Beason is playing 3downs in the stat friendly WLB tampa2 role and anderson is keeping up just fine sifting thru more. the panthers have been waiting on James Anderson to do this for a few years now,not a real shock to them. moving Beason over to MLB won't instantly make him 'stud status' again. panthers front is getting destroyed and Beason isn't exceptionally well at shedding/point of attack. the panthers front wasn't great in years past but atleast attention had to be paid to peppers. Connor has alot of defiencies but he's a more physical player at MLBin 2011 the LB'er lineup will be exactly what it is now. notable move will be TD being releasedbesides my own conjecture i'm going alot of what a carolina native in my league says.............he's been spot on every panther boom/bust thus far
